Black Belt contributor Iain Kelly is a writer, musician and self-defense instructor. Currently teaching Commando Krav Maga in Shropshire, England, Kelly has also taught Krav Maga and is a certified kapap instructor. He has studied extensively several kung fu styles, including lau gar and nam pai chuan, and has trained with Tony Somer, one of Geoff Thompson’s senior instructors, and Bob Spour, a former member of the British Special Air Service Regiment.
